QUARTZ FLOUR

Quartz flour – mineral filler, quartz sand ground to form dust.

Typical properties:

• SiO₂ content – ≥ 99,6 %,
• Density – 2,65 g/cm³,
• Bulk density of freely poured product – 0,756 g/cm³,
• Admissible remains in the control sieve – 30,0 µm,
• Light grey colour, getting darker after mixing with resin.

Application:

• Filler, polyester resin modifier,
• For production of paints, grouts, glues,
• Rubber, construction industry,
• Paint and varnish modifier.
