The use of the website www.c-l.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user. At the same time, the ordering of any products and/or reports from the Site will be subject to the same terms and conditions, reproduced below.

C-L Composites Distribution, with headquarters in Bucharest City, Sector 1, Bucharest County, RO28233227, registered under the Trade Register: J40 /3488 /2011, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”. The Company specializes in the sale of raw composites and operates on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
3. GENERAL INFORMATION
The images published on the Site and contained in the reports provided are in accordance with reality, but sometimes the shades of the colors of the products may differ slightly, as a result of the execution process of the photos or the settings of your monitor. www.c-l.ro customers will always be informed if a product is or is not in stock, if it can be produced to order, how long it will take to process and how long it will take to reach them. This information will be sent by email or phone.
4. OWNERSHIP – COPYRIGHT
The use of the www.c-l.ro Website (including visiting and purchasing products) implies the acceptance of certain terms and conditions of use, obviously in the form of a legal contract between the user and C-L Composites Distribution, therefore, it is recommended to carefully read the following paragraphs.
Visiting or purchasing products from the www.c-l.ro website automatically implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Likewise, the use of any other current or future services provided by C-L Composites Distribution, implies acceptance of the same terms and conditions.

The use without the written consent of C-L Composites Distribution of any elements belonging to the Website www.c-l.ro is punishable according to the laws in force.

No Customer acquires, by using and accessing the Site, any right or license to use any of the information on the Site. No Customer has the right to use an automatic or manual device to monitor the materials available on the Site.
5. CUSTOMERS – CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The customer has the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the information about which he became aware when accessing and using the Site, as well as on the occasion of the communications sent during the registration, authentication, placing and honoring of orders and other such aspects in connection with the use of the Site- the The customer is prohibited from disclosing its dealings with C-L Composites Distribution to third parties without the company’s express prior written consent.
The transmission by the Client of information or materials through this Site, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, etc. grants us unrestricted and irrevocable access to, the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute such materials or information.
The availability of a product in stock, whether it is part of a promotion or not, is announced by email after placing the order by the Customer, there may be any stock restriction between the time of placing the products/product in the basket and the time of payment.

By accessing the Site and our products, C-L Composites Distribution processes your personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes for which this data was requested and stored. C-L Composites Distribution reserves the right to contact the Client in order to carry out this report. By accepting the conditions, the Customer agrees to be contacted by email or phone. If you have a preference, you can send it by email to emilia.golita@c-l.ro. If you do not agree with any of the contact conditions, collaboration cannot be possible.
6. Order Placement
Orders can be placed via email addresses provided on the Company’s website or through phone communication. The prices listed do not include VAT. For products in stock, the estimated delivery time is 24/48 working hours. In the case of products not in stock, the estimated delivery term will be communicated to the customer.
7. Inspection and Notification
Upon receipt of goods, customers are obliged to check the integrity and quantity of the products and sign the receipt accordingly. Any discrepancies between the invoice and the physical receipt must be immediately reported in the presence of the delivery personnel. Failure to do so will result in the customer assuming responsibility for the discrepancy
8. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by bank transfer, or BO/CEC. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment, including any advance payment, and transportation charges will be borne by the customer.
9. Technical Support
For technical machines sold by the Company, installation and proper use support may be provided, with associated fees communicated beforehand.
10. Liability Exclusion
The Company is not responsible for any negative effects resulting from incorrect mixing of chemical materials.
11. Return Policy
To initiate a return, the product must remain sealed. Please submit your return request in writing via email to emilia.golita@c-l.ro. Upon receipt of the returned products in stock, the corresponding refund will be processed within a maximum of 2 working days. The customer will be promptly informed of the return status. In the event of an accepted return, transport costs will be covered by C-L Composites Distribution. However, products sent without valid reason and failing to meet the aforementioned conditions will be returned to the customer, with transport costs borne by the customer. C-L Composites Distribution reserves the right to communicate with the customer to facilitate the return process.
12. COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
Any dissatisfaction related to accessing, using, placing an order, aspects related to the order made and others, will be communicated directly to us by email at emilia.golita@c-l.ro.
Your complaint will be registered and you will receive a written response to the email address mentioned when you brought your complaint to our attention, within no more than 3 working days.
The customer declares that he agrees not to publicize these complaints (on social networks, the media, discussions at private parties or in any other way) not to insult www.autoplancost.ro or its customers, subject to the support damages caused for the image damage brought to the Company by these actions.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
C-L Composites Distribution reserves the right to make changes at any time regarding the content of the Website www.c-l.ro, the policy, the terms and conditions of use, without the need for prior notification to users in this meaning, although we will be careful to notify customers of these changes.
The user of the website www.c-l.ro has the obligation to regularly check the terms and conditions of use. If he does not agree with the changes made to them by C-L Composites, he will stop using the Site. If the user continues to use the Site, it is considered that he agrees with the changes made.
14. CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY
By accessing the Site, using the Site, placing orders, etc. The Customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Site in its latest version communicated within it. After the creation of the Account, the use of the content is equivalent to the acceptance of the changes made to the Terms and Conditions of the Site and/or the updated versions of the Terms and Conditions of the Site. The Customer is responsible for checking the final version of the Terms and Conditions whenever using the Site.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Site is confirmed by checking the appropriate checkbox on the Site and/or by sending the Order and/or by making an online payment.
We shall not be liable for any damage of any kind which the Customer or any other third party may suffer as a result of our performance of any of our obligations under the order, nor for any damage which may result from the use of the goods after delivery and much less for their loss.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your computer/device or viruses that may infect your computer or other equipment as a result of your accessing, using or browsing our Site or your downloading of any content, information , materials, data, text, images, video or audio from our Site.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
None of the contracting parties is responsible for the non-execution on time and/or the improper execution – in whole or in part – of any obligation that falls to it under this contract, if the non-execution or improper execution of the respective obligation was caused by force majeure, as as defined by law, for reasons independent of the parties or even in the case of the declaration of a state of emergency at the level of Romania.
If the Client invokes force majeure, it is obliged to notify the other party, within 5 (five) days, of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures in order to limit its consequences. To the extent that the force majeure or state of emergency will be invoked by the trader, he has the obligation to inform the Customer as soon as possible, through the electronic and/or telephone means made available by the user.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any misunderstanding between the merchant and the Customer in relation to the relations arising from this Contract should be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, be submitted to the materially competent courts in Bucharest (mainly the Bucharest District Court 1, respectively, the Bucharest Court).
17. FINAL PROVISIONS
C-L Composites Distribution has the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated version on the Site, and the Customer has the obligation to read the Terms and Conditions whenever he accesses the Site. The customer has the obligation to strictly comply with the Terms and Conditions on the Site and cannot claim or defend himself with ignorance of the Terms and Conditions on the Site, valid on the date of accessing, using and/or placing an order on the Site.
