EPIDIAN 53

EPIDIAN 53 is a light-yellow or yellow epoxy resin with non-reactive diluent. Provides good electroinsulating properties after curing.

Epoxy numer – min 0,41 mol/100 g,
Density at 20°C – 1,11 – 1,15 g/cm³,
Viscosity at 20°C – 900 – 1500 mPas,
Geltime 100 g of the composition at room temperature:
- Epidian 53 + Hardener Z-1 (10 ns*) – min 60 minutes,
- Epidian 53 + Hardener TFF (22 ns*) – min 30 minutes.

* – amount of hardener per 100 parts by weight of Epidian 53.

Application.

Two-component cold curing adhesive to metal, glass, ceramics, electrical adhesive laminates, glass fibres laminates, castings with fillers, potting in electrotechnical industry (excellent dielectric properties).

Epidian 53 resin is approved by PZH.
