EPIDIAN 5

EPIDIAN 5 is a light-yellow, high viscosity epoxy resin.

Epoxy number – min 0,48 – 0,51 mol/100 g,
Density at 25°C – 1,15 g/cm³,
Viscosity at 25°C – 20000 – 30000 mPas,
Geltime 100 g of the composition at room temperature:
- Epidian 5 + Hardener Z-1 (12 ns*) – min 33 minutes,
- Epidian 5 + Hardener TFF (26 ns*) – min 17 minutes,
- Epidian 5 + Hardener IDA (50 ns*) – min 40 minutes.

* – amount of hardener per 100 parts by weight of Epidianu 5.

Application.

Used in the manufacture of chemical resistant coatings, adhesives, saturants, floodings, flooring composition, sealers, cold-hardened adhesives for metals, glass, ceramics and most plastics.

Epidian 5 resin is approved by PZH.
