700-NC is a versatile release agent, providing good slippage in case of problems with mould geometry.
It cures very quickly at room temperature and provides a high gloss finish.
Allows you to work on hot moulds.
Advantages:
- possibility of obtaining “high-gloss” finish,
- does not contaminate the mould,
- does not settle on the product,
- good slippage,
- does not contain chlorinated solvents.
Application temperature – 15-135°C.
Curing time of particular layers, at room temperature – 5 minutes.
Curing time at room temperature – 15-20 minutes.
Curing time at the temperature of 100°C – 5 minutes.
Thermal stability – up to 400°C.
