Frekote 1-STEP is a special anti-adhesion agent for separating all polyester composites, reinforced with glass fibre and filled.
Application and use are quick and easy – “Spray and leave”, 1-STEP does not require a mould sealant.
The resulting polymer coating retains the original gloss of the mould and guarantees its suitability for repeated use.
Advantages:
- High gloss finish,
- maximum use of the mould,
- no need for polishing,
- simple application,
- minimum build-up effect.
Application temperature – 15-45°C.
Curing time at room temperature – 30 minutes.
Thermal stability – 400°C.
