MAXGUARD SW S ANTYBACTERIAL – IZO/NPG

Swimming pool, antibacterial gelcoat, based on IZO/NPG resin.

It contains nanosilver.

Intended for spraying.

  • Brookfield viscosity at 23°C (100 rpm) – 2000 mPas,
  • Brookfield viscosity at 23°C (0.5 rpm) – 160000 mPas,
  • Gelling time at 23°C (2.0% MEKP–50) – 12 min.

Maxguard SW is a swimming pool, anti-bacterial gelcoat, based on IZO/NPG resin.

It contains nanosilver.

The S version is suitable for spraying.

Recommendations:

  • mix the gelcoat thoroughly before use,
  • temperature of the room, raw materials and tools used should be within the range of 18 – 25°C, with relative humidity below 70%,
  • amount of catalyst used (MEKP) should be within the range of 1.5 – 2.5%,
  • thickness of the layer of gelcoat applied should be within the range of 600 – 800 µm.

C-L Composites Distribution has a possibility to produce Maxguard SW gelcoat in colours of the Ashland SW palette. The minimum number of orders from the aforementioned colour pallets is 1 hob (approx. 20 kg).
